Caped Coaching offers advanced leadership development experiences for groups of 25-75 people that spark participants to challenge the status quo, confront their fears, and change the world around them. Participants identify the causes they care about most in their organizations, in their communities, and in the world; confront their fears; and create a strategy for making a meaningful impact.

Caped Coaching works with college students and 20 to 30-something who want to make a change in their communities, their organizations, or their own lives, but are afraid to take that leap. We partner with them to identify their interests, passions, and skills; name, claim, and aim their Strengths®; and push through their fears so they can change their world and create their career and leadership legacies.
