Heroes are defined by their struggles, and the journey of becoming a hero is a deep investment. Creeds, mission statements, objectives, and purpose statements are static and mean nothing if they are not lived in the actions of those who speak them. This is our struggle. It is the struggle we must engage in for ourselves and our own futures, and it is the struggle we must engage in for the future of our organizations.
