Are you ready to commit to the journey of becoming a hero? Are you ready to commit to action? To acting on your personal values?

“All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.” - Sir Edmund Burke

It is far more than affixing a badge or symbol to your chest and declaring yourself a hero.

Heroes are defined by their struggles, and the journey of becoming a hero is a deep investment. Creeds, mission statements, objectives, and purpose statements are static and mean nothing if they are not lived in the actions of those who speak them. This is our struggle. It is the struggle we must engage in for ourselves and our own futures, and it is the struggle we must engage in for the future of our organizations.

If you are ready to commit yourself wholly to action and to your development as your personal best, the following six weeks are for you. Over the next month-and-a-half, we will be delving in to the six heroic competencies. Following expansive research on the situational and social forces that give rise to evil, Zeno Franco and Philip Zimbardo identified the key skills necessary to nurture "Heroes-in-Waiting". Although the concepts remain the same, they will be identified here as:

1. Question

2. Courage

3. Strength

4. Speed

5. Sacrifice

6. Team

If you're ready, the journey awaits.
